About Us
Sports Recovery Annex (SRA) is a health and wellness facility that provides our local (Duuuuuval) community with access to state-of-the-art therapies and recovery tools once only available to Olympic athletes and Pros.
SRA was designed to provide all the services available in an NFL training room or Olympic Training Center to our community. Recovery after training and competition will allow you to perform in your next competition or training session without being compromised by muscle soreness and/or fatigue. Recover to enhance your exercise performance.
If you are a rookie runner training to compete in your first 5K, a weekend warrior working on general fitness, someone who overdid it with yardwork or are an elite athlete looking to perform better than your best, then the Sports Recovery Annex is the place to be to help you stay in the game and achieve your goals.
Our highly trained medical staff include nationally certified Athletic Trainers, board-certified Physicians and recovery specialists all with the sole focus of helping you stay injury free and in the game.
We are a one-stop-shop for all things sports recovery.

Meet The Team

DR. ANTHONY ISELBORN
DC, DACBSP, ATC, LAT, CSCS, FIAMA, PES
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Iselborn completed undergraduate studies at the University of the State of New York and the University of Florida. He received his Chiropractic Degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1984. He is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP).
Dr. Iselborn is credentialed by the National Athletic Trainers Association as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).
He is fellowship trained to perform acupuncture by the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA). He is also certified in Dry Needling Trigger Point Technique. In 1999 and 2000 Dr. Iselborn was selected by the United States Olympic Committee to provide chiropractic care at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center. He is a member of the United States Olympic Sports Medicine Society and The American Chiropractic Association Sports Injury Council.
Dr. Iselborn is the team chiropractor for the Jacksonville Jaguars and is a member of the Professional Football Chiropractic Society.
He has extensive training and has been certified to perform Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Soft Tissue Technique Procedures, Kinesiotaping, and is FAKTR Certified (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation)
Dr. Iselborn served as a member of the United States Olympic Committee Sports Medicine Team at the 2011 Pan American Games.
Dr. Iselborn was selected and served with the United States Olympic Team as a member of the medical staff for the Games of the XXX Olympiad in London, England in 2012.

AMRA MUJAGIC
Head Athletic Trainer, Certified Athletic Trainer & Recovery Specialist
Amra joins the Sports Recovery Annex as the Head Athletic Trainer as of June 2022. She was born across the Atlantic ocean, in Bosnia & Herzegovina, but has called Jacksonville home for the last 22 years. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at UCF in Sport & Exercise Science with a specialization in Strength and Conditioning and decided to pursue her Master’s in Athletic Training at Florida International University in Miami, FL. She has experience in an array of settings- clinical, secondary school, and university, and has worked with professional athletes.Amra specializes in functional movement and rehab, with the belief that the body can heal itself if we give it the proper guidance to do so. With an interest in holistic living, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, cooking, working out/yoga, and doing various outdoor activities such as paddleboarding, hiking, and in general traveling to see more of the world. Her passion in life is to heal people, to educate and empower them in building bodies that can take them anywhere in their lives.

MEREDITH WALN
Certified Athletic Trainer & Recovery Specialist
Meredith is an Athletic Trainer who is from Chillicothe, Ohio. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015. She recently moved to the Jacksonville area from Coral Springs, FL. She has over 5 years of Athletic Training experience working with all ages and levels of fitness. Meredith is a Graston Technique Specialist and loves to help make people feel better. In her free time, she enjoys spending her time outdoors hiking and exploring, rock climbing, watercolor painting, drawing, and crafting.

AI LA
Certified Athletic Trainer and Recovery Specialist
Ai La first of her name, breaker of awkward silence, mother of none, keeper of anxiety.
Ai was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She studied at the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science, as well as earning her Master of Athletic Training degree. Prior to joining Sports Recovery Annex, she worked as a seasonal with the Cincinnati Bengals. She also had experience working with D1 football teams like the UCF Knight and the Florida Gators. When Ai’s not working, she likes to powerlift, try new restaurants, garden, and nap.

ASHLEY MOSKOWITZ
Office Manager/ Recovery Specialist
As a competitive swimmer of 15 years, Ashley knows how important recovery is. With excitement, Ashley has spearheaded expanding the family business to focus on bringing the first “community athletic training room” to the Jacksonville community. She is currently the business operation manager and oversees day-to-day activity at the Annex.
Prior to Sports Recovery Annex, she taught for three years and coached swim for Atlantic Coast High School. Ashley graduated with her B.S. in Biology from the University of North Florida in 2012.
When Ashley isn’t at work, she spends her free time with her dog, Oliver, planning her next trip or spending time with family and friends.

AMBER LACINAK-JONES
Director of Massage/Licensed Massage Therapist
Amber is a Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys working with a large range of age and activity levels, to help achieve personal goals through therapeutic massage techniques. She believes massage can help alleviate many pain issues that can keep us from doing the things we love to do.
Amber has worked as a massage therapist for more than 10 years, is Nationally Board Certified, and belongs to massage associations that keep her up-to-date with the latest and best ways to supply her patients with quality care.
Amber graduated from Palm Beach Academy of Health and Beauty in Lake Park, FL, has volunteered her services to hospice nurses, health fairs and sporting events. In Amber’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, mountain biking, gardening, cooking, and playing with their three dogs.
