Sports Stretching/Fascial Stretch Therapy
Stretching is essential to muscle recovery, and our recovery specialists are educated on exactly how to loosen every muscle. Whether you are sore from a hard workout or preparing for a competition, a stretching session can be very beneficial. Loosening your muscles before exercising can prevent serious injuries, as well as increase your range of motion and muscle tone. A stretching session at Sports Recovery Annex can last anywhere from 15 minutes up to an hour, depending on the state and condition of your muscles.
