  1. During a whole-body sports cryotherapy session, you will stand in a chamber, or cryosauna, wearing only gloves, socks, underwear, and booties.
  2. The chamber will fill up with a nitrogen vapor to drop the temperature, and your body will be surrounded by the cold that dropped as low as -200 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. From there, one of our cryotherapy technicians will walk you through the entire process.
